Important current-status note
This policy is restored from donor-site material. I4PL is not presently accepting public transactions through this site. Confirm the policy that applies before relying on a past registration, credit, or certification payment.
Membership, webinars, and events
The recovered policy states that memberships, webinars, and event registrations are not refundable. Written cancellations received at least seven days before an I4PL National or Chapter event may receive a credit voucher for another event in the same calendar year.
Transfers and cancellations
The recovered policy distinguishes free and paid member tickets, paid non-member tickets, and cancellations received less than seven days before an event. It also states that if I4PL cancels an event or webinar, the affected party will receive a refund or credit note.
Certification
The donor policy contained certification-specific refund terms. Certification is currently paused, so no legacy certification fee or refund term should be treated as a current offer.
