A notice for participants at I4PL-sponsored events.
I4PL may photograph or record video at its sponsored events for use in its publications, communications, and other media. I4PL will not identify people in photographs or video using full names or personal identifying information without appropriate written approval.
Tell us before the event
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, tell the photographer or event organizer before or during the event. You may also contact the National Team in writing with your request and a current photo for identification. I4PL will use that photo only to help honour your request and will treat it confidentially.
Use of I4PL media
Photographs, graphics, video, and similar recordings created by or for I4PL may not be copied, altered, or used by unaffiliated people or organizations without written permission from I4PL.
