Advance shipments to the Westin Harbour Castle are received and managed by CheckT, the operator of the hotel’s business centre.

Ship no more than 5 business days before the event. Earlier arrivals, and parcels not picked up within 5 days after it, incur long-term storage charges.
Put a CheckT label on every package. Certified weight tickets are required for all shipments.

CheckT accepts deliveries Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors can pick up their shipment between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Handling, storage, delivery and pickup are billed by CheckT, based on the quantity, weight and category of the items.
